Their is no reference to a black/grey tweed in my parts book and only two references to cloth/gray. One is trim Code 4133 and the other is code 5133. The part number for the material is the same for both, 1309332-2. The parts book references only cloth, vinyl and velour, no tweed. The code SoCal gave you shows it for a wagon ( code 5139 and 1211) and in listed as, cloth/black.

For a definitive answer to you trim code question you will probably have to wait for someone with the black/grey tweed interior to reply.
