What all should I lubricate while door panel is off and what are the best lubricants? 200 1991

I'm going to take my drivers side door panel off and check the lock. I can't manually push the lock knob down on the inside of the car. It will lock with the key from the outside. I also needed to fix some of the clips that hold the door panel and map pocket on.

My question is: What are the different things that I should lubricate and what are the best lubricants.

I know that the window seal needs lubed so the window will go up and down smoother. I usually use silicone lube for that.

What about the window mechinism, door latch mechinism and linkage, outside door handle....etc.

Please advise on anything else I should do while panel is off.

Thanks for any advice.
