1999 V70 Idle Control Valve 1999

Took my V70 in for (hopefully) a warratied replacement of the throttle body. No luck. My rough idle 620A is apparently traced to the "Idler Motor." So I go to look up an Idler Motor for the 1999 V70 in alldatadiy and there is no Idler Motor! Is this also called the Idle Control Valve? AND, where the heck is it located? I can't find it in diagrams and I'd like to replace it myself.
Any wisdom would be appreciated.
