My 960 has turned into 'Room 1408' 900 1997

Hello,
Last night my seatbelt in the middle rear tightened up and would not release. I unhooked the seat and as I pushed the seat forward it continued to tighten so I could not get the seat back up to latch it! I tried in vain to gently pull out the belt and it wouldn't budge! I had looked at my owners manuel and ,of course,they didn't cover anything about "rogue seltbelts retractors".
If anyone has any advice I would greatly appreciate it.... If not, I'll ask Stephen King:0
