Very bizarre spark, yet no spark! 140-160

I don't know what the numbers are on mine but it's not unusual for the timing to change after a Pertronix is fitted. Checking with the strobe before and after the change is a good idea. That doesn't help you much I'm afraid if you can't get it to run.
My Amazon currently off the road and my experience with the Pertronix is limited to a Saab 96. Fitting to the Amazon is less straight forward what with the armoured cable and all that.
Static timing for the B20 is 10º so you should get a start even if the Pertronix has moved it a little one way or the other. B18B about 18º.
You just need fuel in the right ratio and spark at the right time and that seems to be what you have. I can only suggest a fully charged BIG battery, some clean plugs that have been heated with a blowlamp and a can of easy start. Crossed fingers might help........
