Confused about racks 200

I have to replace tie rods. I have a ZF rack I think. According to the label on my car which has a number 2 I should have a cam rack. But if you look on the tie rod it has the 1 inch in diameter rubber grommet which would make it a zf rack, at least according to FCP Groton. Does anyone know for sure whether I have a zf or cam? Also how do you detach the inner rod from the rack? Does it simply unscrew or do you need to do something else. Thanks in advance. Philski
