2002 Volvo S60 Turbo - engine problems!!!! 2002

Volvo 2002 S60 Turbo - 6/21/07 - I experienced uneven engine idling and limp home mode on my 60K miles car - I brought into the dealer and they replaced throttle and installed new ECM software. I learned after about the NHSTA recall on the ETMs but unfortunately, the turbo model is not covered - why is this the case when I experienced the SAME problem? Why should I have to pay $1K for the replacement? I filed another complaint with the NHSTA and called Volvo NA as well - the latter didn't do anything but sympathize.

Now on 10/15 - I experienced the SAME uneven engine idling (no limp home mode though thank god). This time the dealer said it was my Mass Air Flow (defective) and Fresh Air Pipe had a hole - so they replaced those parts.

10/17 - I'm STILL experiencing the SAME uneven engine idling - and my turbo doesn't seem to be working either. HELP!!!! I'm brining back to dealer this Friday - does anybody have any recommendations???

Thanks!!!
