Yes, I do have Girling rear calipers. ???? 200 1989

I have confirmed that I do have Girling rear calipers just like the code on the plate in the trunk says I do. The car is a 240 Volvo 1989. I have also confirmed the Girling calipers by the pins holding the pads as suggested by others. (thank you)

Now my problem is I can not find pads for am 1989 Volvo 240 with Girling rear calipers. I can only find the pads for ATE calipers. Should I just by pads for a 75-78 Volvo 240 because they came with Girling calipers in the rear? Any other suggestions? I am still curious why I have the Girling calipers in the first place? Did many 1989 Volvos come to America like this? Or did some G.I. buy it in Germany and brought it home after his tour?

Thanks
