You will have voltage on both door switch terminals because it's actually two switches in one housing. Both switches use the mounting screw as a common ground to the body metal. So when you probe the (unmounted) switch, you see voltage on both the W-BLK and BN-BLK wires because the ground path is open.

The W-BLK wire is for the warning light, and is always "hot" (on all 4 door switches) from Fuse 5. You say the switch is good. If so, a switch-to-ground test jumper should complete the circuit and light the bulb just like the mounting screw should.

The BN-BLK is not part of any anti-theft that I can see. It comes from the 3 overhead light switches. If it has voltage on it, at least 1 of those switches must be set to turn it's light on when any door is opened.

If only that one warning light gets voltage but doesn't light up, then the problem has to be right there — either faulty bulb contacts, bad bulb, or internal switch contacts.
