Since you are positive there is no fuel flow from the #3 hole of the distributor, you are left with no option but to address that. Maybe there is something blocking the port and it will become apparent as soon as you get into it.

To the best of my knowledge, there are no parts for the distributor available. You will have to find your own copper washers and O-rings and gaskets for reassembly. Don't drop the plunger when you remove the fuel distributor. Good luck.
