fuel injection 140-160 1974

i believe i have exhausted all resources in my search for a cost effective replacement fuel distributor, i think i am left w/ no option but to purchase a weber induction kit from, www.ipdusa.com. complete replacement fuel system from injection to carb. if i spent all that $$$$ to repair part of the injection system (that i cannot get all parts for if any other go out...) i would be wiser to just eliminate it and get an up to date system that i can work on. i will box up and save the injection system, maybe someone needs the parts...what think?
