SRS light reset? And interior switch bulbs? 200 1991

I drove around without my airbag being connected for a while because I damaged the spool thing when removing and replacing the steering wheel. Now I put a new spool in, how do I reset the SRS light?

And my other question: The rear foglight switch, the AC switch, and one of the seat heater switches all have burnt out lights. Are those bulbs replaceable? Do I have to get them at the dealership?
