Nope. "All the lights" spells alternator. But there's probably no need to replace the whole thing, ususally the brush pack w/voltage regulator goes bad.

Easy to change, too. Two screws hold it in the alt. Look for the black module on the back. New ones are under $40, junkyard ones are ofteh good, and go for a buck or 2.
