Cold Start Stalling 700 1986

My 86 745T (240K) has developed a cold-start idle problem which I believe is fairly common. She starts fine, but stalls a couple times before she'll keep running without stalling. After she's warm, she runs fine. I cleaned the throttle body, but have not run other diagnostics. Anybody out there dealt with this before?
