B230F Engine Stand: How to Mount an Engine

I am getting the engine above delviered today (it is from a 87 Volvo 240 Sedan, no turbo and no diesel). I have a new engine stand.

How do I mount the engine on the stand? The stand has four pipes that are 5 inches long and about as wide as a finger. These pipes are mounted on a plate and can move to various locations on the plate.

Where in the engine do I attached these pipes? What size bolt do I need (I assume that there is a bolt that I put through the pipe and mount to the engine)?

I am expecting the engine to arrive in the next two hours. I would love to hear from one of you guys before then!!

Thanx,
Kreg
