Changing header pipe frustrations 200 1990

Ok, so as usual, trying to fix something on one of my 244s is never easy. I got a new header pipe from fcpgroton, and am in the middle of trying to install it right now. The front three nuts were a breeze to remove. I could not get the bolts out of the cat connection, so just ground them off, as I thought I had read in some other threads. Now I have the three headless bolts coming out of the cat pipe, and they won't budge. Soaked them with PB Blaster, heated them up, banged on them with a hammer, but nothing. My next move was going to be cutting off the bolts and try to drill them out. I can't even fathom that this will be fast or easy....Will this work, or did I screw myself? Thanks for any fast responses, as my blood pressure continues to rise by the minute!
