B230F Engine Stand: How to Mount an Engine

I think that the engine mounts directly onto the plate (the 4 metal pieces that I mentioned are used only when the engine will not mount directly onto the plate).

What size bolts to I need to mount the engine to the stand?

Also, the stand is rated for 1,000 pounds (the engine I was told weights 340 lbs), but a sticker on the stand says that the stand is not designed to be rolled around with the engine on it. Given that the engine is so light relative to the stand capabilities, do you think it is OK to roll it around?
