off idle sputtering and backfire 200 1990

I took the car around the block and like always it ran alright for a couple minutes then started sputtering and backfiring any time i tried to accelerate. when i got it back i checked the hose and the gas smell was stronger than the first time i checked it, so I'm going to try replacing the FPR and hope that does it. The suction from the intake manifold seems good to me.

The car has a recently replaced Bosch ECU, the AMM looks like its nearly new as well. When i get whatever this problem is lined out I'll hopefully be set for awhile. :)
