Bosh H2O pump leaking badly from weep-hole 700

So, I revamped my cooling system last summer.

Found out the system has been losing coolant lately.

I replaced the water pump last summer and it's been losing coolant. The pump came without seals, so I used "non-hardening" RTV (which had hardened) and had no problems until lately. I bought the seal kit and installed it, and now the seals are not leaking at all. The pump is. Here's the deal:

When I had the pump off, I noticed that the weep-hole was wet on the pump. Uh-Oh.
I thought it would be fine and reinstalled it. I've still got a leak.
The pump's weep holes are leaking about the entire contents of the coolant overflow every time I drive 15 miles, or maybe just a heat cycle.

The pump is a Bosch with a lifetime replacement warranty. Does anyone know how to claim it?
I'm going to check out the Bosch web site tonight.
I know the HEPU pump is recommended and the same price without shipping ($65 I think) as the Bosch.
The last thing I want to do is have my car sit unused for a month waiting for a pump to come in the mail >.<
