An update in case this may prove useful to anyone.

Contacted Dave barton at davebarton@com. He believes volvo does not sell these cable ties with mounts anymore nor does he know of anyone coming up with an alternative.

FCP does not have them too.

I can use zip ties but with the mounts also gone, I'm left with a hole with nothing to secure my zip ties to.

Best alternative of which I'm planning to do - order aftermarket cable ties with push in mounts, the dimension of the mounting stud (this particular brand) was exactly the same size as the old OEM ones.
