1991 245 No Start 200 1991

I just dragged a 240 wagon home. It belongs to some freinds who are not financially able to take it to a shop so I'm attempting to find the problem.

They tell me it didn't start Friday morning but when they tried again later it started. Yesterday it stranded them in a parking lot. Before I towed it to the house I checked the fuses, still no start. I can't hear the fuel pump running but I haven't crawled under it to verify that yet.

It's been awhile since I worked on anything newer than mid 80's, so I have a few questions.

Does a 91 have a fuse for the FI somewhere under the hood? I couldn't find one.

Where is the fuel pump relay? Also where is the auxilliary fan relay so I can switch them to see if it's a bad relay. (I did this in my 780ti when I had it)

Also can I pull the codes off the LED at the diagnostic plug like I could with the 1990 780?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
