Blocked fuel line 120-130

Hello,

Driving to work this morning and the car acted like it was running out of gas. Came to a complete stop on side of a major thru-street. Put some gas in to make sure that wasn't the problem. Gauge reads 1/4 tank.

I thought, a-ha, the fuel pump. Put on a tested fuel pump from the vintage guy in town. Changed fuel filter for good measure. Nothing—no fuel after much engine cranking.

So that must mean the fuel line is blocked or the perhaps the outlet from the gas tank, right? How can I clear it at busy roadside? Anything I'm missing or tips to clear a blocked line?

Thanks.
