Sounds like you covered the usualy\ suspects.

The driveshaft may have not been aligned properly when put back together when the bearing was replaced. Could be unbalanced now.

I found the best way to check the noise out is to put the rear of the car on jackstands and put it in drive. You'll definitely tell what is causing the noise. Just make sure to brake before you switch gears when the rear is raised.

Did you do the work yourself? The original U joints are sealed and cannot be greased unless they have been replaced/modified.
