Dashboard removal 200 1983

The wiper assembly on my '83 244 DL needs removal; I have checked the archives and one poster mentiones the removal of the dash to access the assembly. The assembly on the passenger's side has three anchoring bolts, and those three are very hard to get at, especially the one that is closest to the engine compartment. Going in thru the glove box hole is tight also, so I guess that the removal of the dashboard is the best option.

So how difficult is it to pull out the dashboard? I know of two bolts on either side of dash that holds it to the interior compartment.

TIA
Todd

BTW I have a wiper assembly from my local pic-n-pull, and had to bust out alot of wires and connections to get to the assembly, so the usual "installation is the reverse of removal" is not going to work...
