Quick timing question 140-160

Hello,

I checked the archives on this subject, and they caused me some concern. Does anyone know off the top of their head the timing I should be running for this setup? There are probably several folks running with this particular configuration. I know 10 degrees advanced is the setup for stock (that's where it is now on my stock engine and running well), but I'm in the process of converting to this:

1970 142S B20 engine with:

Pertronix Ignitor
Flamethrower Coil
Standard NGK Spark Plugs set to .005 over factory specs.
Weber 32/36 DGV
Everything else stock

I read old posts saying to simply keep advancing until I hear knock and others saying that this could cause harm to the vehicle. Suggestions? Thanks!
