Couldn't find anything definitive/pertinent on this when i tried the FAQ. Can anybody help with this one? I'm going to continue searching the archives for a clue.

So far, I removed the plastic covers and and screws that hold the steering column support but could not get the column to drop down....I don't want to go to far into this without more information about the easist way to take the column down for replacement of the steering lock/ignition switch....help.
