clutch fork no tension 700 1985

Hello boarders

I have an 85 740 gle m-46. I have had a hard time getting in reverse for awhile and the pedal was stiff and creaking.

I adjusted cable and then pushed in hard a few times after lubbing clutch pedal area and pedal went to floor.

With car in gear ....starter moves car....i got it out of gear. went under and noticed plastic nut on cable snapped off the back of cable side facing fork.
the pedal pressing pulled adjuster out of guide hole on bell housing .

I bought new cable ....went to install it and noticed Clutch fork wobbly and no tension at all. removed rubber boot looked inside and i believe it isn't in it's pivot and probably not hooked up to throw out bearing any longer.

Can I fix this without dropping trans ?
If fork not bent or broken will it go back into pivot area and throw out bearing?

Am I screwed?

Not looking to keep car very long ...i want to sell it and was trying to fix shifting problem.

Please advise.
