If it runs fine in cold weather, I'd crank the choke up a little further.

On DGAV & DGEV (Water or Electric chokes), you just loosen the screws on the choke & turn the housing slightly). I think DGV means manual choke? If so, just pull the choke out a little & let sleeping dogs lie.

Does the manifold have water heating? I've never seen the DCD/DGV manifold in person.
