Replacing radiator etc S90-V90 1998

I plan to replce the radiator, hoses and heater valve on my 98 S 90. Seems like a very straight forward installation. Any tips for ensuring that all air is purged from the system upon coolant refill and especially making certain that the lines running from the radiator to the transmission are completely refilled with coolant. Thanks for all suggestions, recommendations etc.
