Any Seat Heater experts out there?

So, I have one sporadically working seat heater switch and one switch that doesn't work at all. So, I took the switch that worked and placed it with the other seat wires, and it worked! Heated up and everything So, I know everything works as far as heaters and such. But now, the one switch that worked on occasion doesn't at all any more. I've cleaned all the leads and points/inspected the bulbs and this doesn't help things at all.
Is there something internally in the switch that can be fixed? Or, what's the deal here? Should I try and get junkyard switches? Or are there cheap aftermkt alternatives? Help!
