Repair the head or replace? So you think there is a cross threaded plug?

A lot can be done to repair before replacement. Let the shop tell you how bad it is. Since B230F heads are not hard to find if the Junk Yard folks will sell one off the engine, there is a cost comparison between a JY head and repair of the one you have. Might even be cheaper to buy the whole engine!

The shop should tell you the cost of getting your head repaired so you have an idea of the costs either way. See what they say.
