random stall out! 700 1990

This is relatively a new quirk and happens while driving wheather it be at low or high speed. She just cuts out and speedometer lights illuminate and I coast off the road and stop. After waiting a few minutes it starts up and drives normally until it decides to stall again. This can occur twice or three times daily or weekly, any suggestions??
