Brakes Squeal 900 1991

I replaced all my pads and rotors with after market parts 2 months ago. The pads are PBR Deluxe Organic. After driving for 10 min, the front squeals and gets unbearable if it is a warm day. Another situation that I had was last weekend in the Laurel Highlands of Pennsylvania (beautiful area). When I was going up and down lots of hills, my front started to vibrate when the breaks were applied on the downgrade. I had to use 2nd gear to help me slow down.

Has anyone experienced this type experiences with after market parts? Any recommendations to fix this?
