Insuring Multiple Older Volvos 900

I'm definately a Volvo enthusiast, and I envy all of you guys that own 2, 3, 4, or more models. Some day, I'd like to have another one, either as a weekend car or maybe an alternate. While the extra maintenance isn't as big an issue, insuring an additional car is. When insuring multiple older cars, do you guys take out full policies on every car, or does it make more sense to have one full policy on your best vehicle while having less comprehensive coverage on the others? I get a multi-car discount with my carrier, but it's not much. Thanks for any advice, -Scott in STL
