What prevents power to the injectors??? 700 1990

This is my last effort before this 745 is crushed,
the mechanic who has it now says there is still no power at the injector harness.
I put a new cap&rotor,wires,catalytic convertor,fpr,tank pump&replaced the inline pump.
&&&&still this pc.of junk won't start. I've been trying for 2mos.&lost a good paying job&really want to just blow it up.
