High speed wheel shake (after suspension rebuild) 700 1990

I've noticed that at 2600-3000RPM, my steering wheel shakes left to right (it almost resembles a bad rotor when braking....but this is at highway speeds without braking).
Anything "south" of 2600RPM, the vehile is smooth as glass. I've taken the vehicle in twice now to Discount Tire to have them rotate and balance the wheels and tires. The wheels are brand new Voxx and tires are nearly new Goodyear Integrity's. The car did not act this way prior to the suspension rebuild. I've had the suspension re-inspected and checked out good. I've had a complete Ipd poly bushing kit installed, new TME front and rear lowering springs, new Sachs/Boge turbocharged struts and shocks, new balljoints, new innter/outer tie rods and ends, and a Ipd Pan rod. The only thing not replaced are the swaybars...which I plan to purchase as set from Ipd as soon as I can figure out what this shaking is.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated....

Cheers,
Vinnie
