Motor Mount Redeaux and those cruddy Bosch plugs and wires 200 1986

Well got the new motor mount installed and the Made in India $6.50 was not actually broken. It was just so soft that the mount was wallowing all over the place and if you looked at it would have most likely said it looked busted. The new mount is solid and no more swaying Motor. The other side will get replaced during the next oil change.

Also replaced the Valve Cover Gasket and the rear cam seal to get rid a slow leak in the back of the engine. After that my Bosch Spark Plug Hard Miss has returned with a vengence. The wires and plugs (both Bosch) are barely 10 months old, have about 16 to 18K miles on them. The tips of two plugs are green and corroded. All four of the tips up inside of all four wires are green and white with corrosion. The Texas humidity has done these in, now we are over 20 inches ahead on rain. But I expected more for my money. And this time the miss is not going away.

So off to get a set of Champion plugs (which I have used for years in every car I have owned but Inga) and a set of NonBosch wires in the AM. I like a lot of Bosch products, but these wires are in there with the India motor mount and Scamtech flametrap hose for worst product installed this year.

I want my smooth idle back dang it!

Regards,

PT
