Does anyone know the bulb out relay pinout?

Specifically, I really want the pins that run on fuse #16 (last one on the bottom right) for the PS/RH running lights. There's a dead short and I can't find it. I'm going to rewire it once I find out the bulb-out diagram.

Any help is appreciate.
