Persistent pull to the left. 700 1989

My car refuses to travel in a straight line. I've put in new control arm bushes, new tie rods and new ball joints. I had the car up on the alignment machine. Toe adjusted (0 deg) with my camber reading on the computer saying

Left = -1.09 deg

Right = +0.04 deg

I'm thinking the right camber is within spec and so is the left (FAQ gives 0.1 +/- 1 deg). The alignment shop is saying the camber with one positive and the other negative is causing the pull. Shops here won't drill the strut tower nor do they know about the procedure.

Do I actually have a camber issue? Anything else in the front suspension I need to look into and maybe replace to get the brick cruising along in a straight line? Is one of my strut assembly bent??

Last resort - adjust my castor to correct for road crowning.

Thanks

Aslan
