Today my steering became increasingly labored on my 89 240. I also hear some squealing noises when I make sharp turns (new noises first heard today). The belt is tight. There are ps fluid leaks at various places, I have been too busy to fix the leaks, so I periodically add fluid. The fluid is full. Would the problem most likely be a bad PS pump?
