Replaced Head Gasket- Now won't start S90-V90 1998

Had a blown head gasket. My mechanic replaced it, timing belt, tensioner, serpantine belt and tensioner. Put all back together and now it won't start. He has been working on it for 2 weeks now. First the fuel injectors didn't work. Had a ground wire or something off. Now he has 175 lbs of compression in each cyl. Fuel and spark but it still won't start. Timing is good. He put new pickup on flywheel and cam sensor, but that didn't help. He is at his wits end and I need my car back. BTW all he works on is Volvos. He's a good mechanic but is as frustrated as I am. Exhausted all his contacts. Does anyone have any suggestions? Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

218,000mi. Best car I'me ever owned.
