What turbo do I have here? (markings copied off it.)-91 740 turbo wagon 700 1991

Please help me determine the model and any other information about my turbo.

The markings on the little metal plaque is very hard to read. Here is what I got.

first line: large (relatively speaking) red letter "Garrett" followed by small (really small) red letter "made in England (wild guess)"
second line: UB(could be O8, I think it's UB)0297A
third line: 465169-1
fouth line: 3517(7 or 2, looks more like 7)642

I'm trying to order a replacement diaphragm for the bypass valve at a reasonable price (if there is any). Thanks. Erwin
