No Start - New fuel pumps & relay...What next?!? 700 1985

You have a year (up to '87) that's prone to engine wireing harness insulation deterioration. That can be an issue. But check to see if the injectors are getting voltage. Unplug them all and turn the ignition on. You should have 12 volts to ground at one pin and zero on the other. No voltage and the injector relay or connection or wireing is probably bad. Check if your tach needle jumps a little when trying to start. If not the hall affect distributor sensor could be bad or the power stage.
