Volvo 243 and question about 245 with swapped engine 200

Here is a link to a very improbable Volvo.... but seriously anybody heard about it before?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Volvo_243

And here is why I seek your advice: I have found for sale a 1989 245 that has been swapped with a B21ft and an m46 transmission.
Now the car per se has over 450000km the engine about 90000km
It has been repainted and seems to be in overall good shape
Now I never had a 240 turbo and though I love the car I don't want to make a hasty decision, Since the engine was swapped in what are the reliability issues?
What is to check on a turbo? (So far I had only b23f and a b23E)
Here is a couple of pics
Thanks for your advice
