Wheel refinishing 200

Hello guys. I bought a 89 240dl a few months back and have been fixing it up. She runs great now so I have decided to work on some more cosmetic things. One of the wheels as you can see has a lot of rust on it. The others look ok for there age. I wanted to clean up the rust and repaint all the wheels. An advice on how to remove the rust, paint to use or any other tips? Also what is the name of this wheel? Thanks for all the help
