Break-In Oil 200

I am finishing a major rebuild on a B21F including cylinder boring. Had to have piston custom made.
1. What is the recommended motor oil for initial break-in?
2. How long should it be run before regular changes?
3. What is the recommended type of oil for these engines since all the talk about the reduction and/or elimination of ZDDP?
