success story - 'new' used automatic transmission 200 1992

For the last two years our 1992 240's auto transmission has been acting up, shifting poorly, and more recently skipping a few beats.

The transmission repair shop wanted a couple of thousand $$ to even get started. I finally went to RC Imports (Volvo junkyard/parts recycler) and for $250 parts and $200 labor they put in a used transmission. It shifts beautifully so far (day 2 of the 90 day warranty!).
