Interesting restomod design study 120-130

I agree with you about the early 50's Studie Raymond Loewie designs ... in '53 and '54 ... but when they decided to turn it into the "Golden Hawk" design with fins actually pop riveted onto the original fenders I draw the line .... I can accept the Hawk nose ... but it ruins the aerodynamics.... and when they did whatever it was they did in '56 with that huge chrome bumper YUK ! The LARK design should have been labeled a BRICK long before our beloved VOLVOs... somehow after the Loewie designed cars it just didn't fly and I think had a lot to do with Studebakers demise.
