whining belts 200 1981

I replaced the alternator belts recently, and all belts are tightened to spec. All alternator mounts were also replaced with urethane at the same time. I get whine from some belts (can't tell if it's alternator or ps/ac) when driving, although it isn't continuous, and appears to generally go away as car warms up. Ideas on what could cause this?

Thanks,
Jeff
