Identifying a 123 GT with no VIN 120-130

To all the gurus...how would one identify a 123GT simply by looking at it? I'm interested because I found one locally but it's missing the VIN plate. Here's what it's got...

British Racing Green paint
Dash-mounted tach
3-spoke aluminum steering wheel
M41 transmission
Limited slip differential
No seats but has light brown door panels
Dash has a small indicator light just above the ignition switch (o/d indicator?)
B18 with dual HS6 SU carbs

So...what do you think? My first impression is it's a GT. If it's not, someone went to great lengths to replicate one. What other special equipment should it have? Springs?

I'll tell you where it is in a bit...
